At the beginning of 2020 I purchased the Fox Planner found here. I began working though it, mapping out my goals, action items, habits to adopt, and vision board. I listed daily affirmations, a gratitude list, and even began a list of 101 bucket list items. While I immediately fell in love with this “life planner” I have to admit I was slightly overwhelmed when I first started using it. I had so much that I wanted to accomplish, and my vision board was overflowing with goals and dreams. To be honest, I was excited, but wasn’t sure where to begin-it was truly intimidating. I decided to just take it one day at a time. Each morning, over a cup of coffee, I read my affirmations and choose one to embody throughout the day. I read and add to my gratitude list and I review my goals, close my eyes and actually visualize them. And, here is the thing-I noticed that my visions actually started coming true! This stuff is no joke and visualizing your dreams really does have a powerful impact. So, this week as you’re caught up in all things mama-related, take a moment to pause and think about your life goals and dreams. Create that vision board or at least write things down…Don’t be afraid to dream big-you owe it to yourself to build the life you’ve always hoped for. Cheers!
